We’re looking for an individual with strong sales development experience and technical aptitude to join our growing team. We need someone with a hunter attitude and a drive to work autonomously to foster, qualify and convert high-profile leads.

Reports to VP Marketing
BDRs at Scalable play an important part in the growth of our organisation as we expand and scale. Through collaboration with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, BDRs build the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. You’ll see those prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team.
A key differentiator in this role is that you will also be responsible for helping to optimize and manage the use of the CRM system across the sales organization, identifying best practice, and building and managing CRM automations to improve efficiencies and optimize outcomes.
This individual will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition from MQL to SAL through early engagement with prospects who are researching key challenges that Scalable are able to address.
We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in Sales in a scaling organisation. Our team is currently working remotely so we’ll make sure you’re connected and supported all the way. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box so you’ll need to be great at working independently and really organised.
