ServiceMall partners are provided with a free development instance of Scalable LIVE! which operates within a robust test environment with hundreds of network addressable components including physical and virtual servers; routers, switches and firewalls and a range of software commonly found in use within enterprises from 500 to 50,000 employees in size
As a ServiceMall partner you will have access to a dedicated technical liaison who can assist with the development of your ITAM application. You will be guided in how to use your free development instance of Scalable LIVE! and submit your application for review and deployment. In the event you do not have the internal resources to take your idea from specification to product, Scalable can connect you with an external development organization trained in the development of Scalable LIVE! based applications. This organization has already delivered on several ITAM innovations based on Scalable LIVE! and represents a safe option for the execution of your ITAM ideas. ServiceMall Marketing
As part of its commitment to ServiceMall partners, Scalable will make all its customers aware of new ServiceMall applications via facilities within Scalable LIVE! We will also assist our ServiceMall partners to market directly to any of our customers that elect to receive information from ServiceMall partners. Our base of customers is made up of many thousands of ITAM professionals, these individuals represent a well-qualified source of leads for innovative, high-value ITAM applications. In a future release of Scalable LIVE! ServiceMall partners will be able to post their ITAM applications directly to an online store. From this store, users of other applications running on Scalable LIVE! will be able to dynamically evaluate ServiceMall applications.
