Provisioning and Support

Scalable LIVE! includes a provisioning and monitoring server which ServiceMall partners can interact from their own websites.  A web services API supports the dynamic creation and deletion of application instances.  Instances can be managed entirely automatically or can be set up to require human approval. In addition, information on availability and performance of instances is available.  The system seeks to balance Scalable LIVE! instances across the machine instances that Scalable LIVE! uses, to ensure optimal price performance. It is possible to specify certain performance characteristic at instance creation time  based on the needs of the customer.

ServiceMall partners can use this API to establish their own registration environment. This enables a partner to preserve their lead capture and brand identity all the way through to the customers enjoyment of the solution.

Support within the product is provided by means of a moderated community and an inbuilt incident logging system. Incident logging captures environment information and enables the dynamic routing of incidents to both Scalable LIVE! support personnel and those of the partner.
