Scalable has almost 1000 customers for its existing products, each one of these customers is entitled by virtue of their existing maintenance agreements to certain Scalable applications planned for the Scalable LIVE! platform.  Scalable’s customers span all industries and range in size from 500 to 50,000 employees. The majority of customers are mid-market enterprises of around 5000 employees.

Further initiatives are planned which will significantly drive adoption of the platform.

It is from this base of users that opportunity for commercial success among our partners arises. In conjunction with the release of Scalable LIVE!, Scalable has introduced the  ServiceMall™ partner program. In additon to comprehensive development facilities detailed here, the ServiceMall partner program includes elements that specifically support joint marketing of partner-developed applications to the base of Scalable LIVE! users. Furthermore, Scalable LIVE! itself includes capabilities that can showcase ServiceMall partner applications directly to the existing base of users.
