This service is geared for customers who have our systems in place and need a refresher or to bring a new administrator up to speed. An admin may be new to the product and stepping into a in-place system left behind by a employee turnover. We can perform a needs analysis interview, analyze the in place system. Our team can quickly identify and address product and environmental issues. We can then create and document a work flow and refine the current procedure to optimize performance. We recommend a health check every 3 to 4 years.
