Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services. The primary role of Buying Solutions is to maximise the value for money obtained by Government departments and other public bodies through the procurement and supply of goods and services. Buying Solutions is a Trading Fund which is run on commercial lines, with responsibility for generating income to cover its costs and make a return to the Treasury |
In August of 2009 Scalable entered into a memorandum of understanding with Buying Solutions for the provision of Survey. The MOU provided for public sector pricing and a standard licensing agreement. The MOU was created in support of the Microsoft PSA09 agreement and enables pubic sector bodies to accurately implement the PSA09 form of Microssoft Enterprise Agreement. | ||
