| Level 1 Support | Customer Satisfaction is Scalable’s highest priority. As a result of growing customer demand we are looking to increase our level 1 Support capability. As a level 1 support technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering questions (sometime complex) on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.
